Wednesday - Boot Camp or XT
Thursday - Run 45 min
Friday - XT or Boot Camp
Saturday - 15 miles slow

Tuesday - Run 28 min
Wednesday - Boot Camp or XT
Thursday - Run 28 min
Friday - XT or Boot Camp
Saturday - 2.75 miles slow
